Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity programs and initiatives across the organization
- Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
- Coordinate with security, IT, legal, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders
- Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, etc.)
- Oversee third-party/vendor security initiatives and assessments
- Report program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and executives
- Support audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance efforts
- Drive continuous improvement of security governance, processes, and controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (GRC, IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, AppSec)
- Experience with risk management, compliance, and security governance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS)
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
