Responsibilities:

Primary Function of Position

Brand and Creative is client s global brand strategy and creative group, and we play a pivotal role in bringing the Client brand to life across marketing channels. We re a multi-disciplinary team of experts in Strategy, Brand, Creative, Media Production, Web, and Creative Operations.
The Creative Operations function within Brand and Creative focuses on project and account management and optimizing processes, tools, and talent. We are an evolving function within a dynamic organization, and this role s work will have a direct link to the group s transformation toward its goals.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join a new Account Management function within Creative Operations. The Account team will serve as a key link between the Brand and Creative team and client s business units and regions. Deeply embedded in client s businesses, customers, and goals, they ll bring our team upstream in planning and strategy, help shape the approach and the work, and develop and align teams to briefs.
In this role you ll have the opportunity to create partnerships that advance the client business and elevate our work, fusing deep subject matter expertise of our stakeholders business models, customers and goals with expertise in integrated marketing and creative.
You ll get to proactively identify opportunities, advise and consult on marketing and creative solutions, and connect dots between B&C teams and channels. You ll act as the voice and brain of the creative team in stakeholder conversations, and the voice and brain of the business within the B&C workflow, influencing up, across, and out.
As a member of the Operations team, you ll also have the opportunity to actively participate in shaping and rolling out process initiatives and improvements.

Essential Job Duties
Immerse and embed in clients business, customers, and goals, informing a POV on creative and marketing strategy
Develop project briefs and GTM plans with stakeholders and drive alignment to them throughout B&C s project lifecycle
Connect dots in execution, advise and guide toward omni-channel content
Support stakeholders in thinking through targeting, building campaigns to drive to targeted channels and outputs
Track and report on project and line of business status, updates, and priorities
Identify opportunities for creative solutions
Have a strategic and operational mindset, helping advise on stakeholder budgets and other business
Drive and up-level communications and presentation materials
Influence across, up and out - navigating sensitive stakeholder relationships and creating visibility to B&C leadership
Be knowledgeable about stakeholders business, key issues, competitive situation, industry trends, and the projects assigned to the B&C team as well as other communication partners
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in global brands, in-house, or agency roles within creative, marketing, or integrated communications teams, managing clients and integrated in-house or agency teams through content planning, creative concepting, and production
Track record of progression as an Account Manager
Ability to lead and thrive in dynamic environments, passionate about driving success through positive relationships and operational excellence
Superior scope/budget stewardship, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to work in a robust and agile environment, while consistently paying attention to accuracy and quality of work
Measurable experience managing creative workflows across print, video, digital, and experiential tactics.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront and Jira
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to convey high-level concepts and business direction
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
Required Education and Training
Bachelor s degree required
5+ years of progressive account management experience in an in-house creative group, creative agency, or similar environment
