Must Haves: -- Strong mechanical problem solving skills --Hands-on ability/experience with electro-mechanical and small-scale fluidic/pneumatic systems --Root-Cause Analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience --Good written and verbal communication skills --Self direction, ability to own tasks and work autonomously to complete assigned investigative tasks --Cross-functional team experience, experience solving technical problems of a multi-disciplinary nature --Excellent design skills, ability to develop simple solutions with minimum impact to existing design
