Role: Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: Full Time

We are currently seeking for Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to join our growing delivery team in North America.

What you ll be doing:

  • Participate in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in retail.
  • Act as a Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion workstream, bridging business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring scalable, integrated, and efficient retail systems aligned with enterprise strategy. Lead a team of functional and technical Oracle Retail Consultants.
  • Preparation and execution of workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions that better fit the overall client requirements, from both technical and functional perspectives.
  • Produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.
  • Validate technical specifications for the components to be developed to fulfill the identified requirements, in alignment with the established architecture.
  • Coordinate, from a technical perspective, the development team responsible to build the specified components;
  • Support the solution Go-live preparation, execution, and stabilization.

What we are looking for:

  • +10 years of experience working with implementing one or many Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules such as:

o General Ledger.

o Payables.

o Cash Management.

o Fixed Assets.

o Receivables

o Expenses

  • Experience working in following Oracle Fusion modules will be a plus:

o Fusion Procurement Cloud

o Fusion Data Intelligence ERP Analytics

o Oracle Cloud EPM

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to translate between business and technical teams.
  • Understanding in the technologies part of each application technical stack will be a plus.
  • Certifications in the tools or technologies will be a plus.
  • Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering will be a plus
