Position: Workday Learning Techno Functional Consultant with recruitment Exp

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workday Learning Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Workday Learning and Recruitment (Workday Recruiting) modules.
The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions managing configurations, integrations, reporting, and optimization of the Workday Learning and Recruiting platforms to enhance the employee and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Learning teams to analyze business requirements and design Workday Learning and Recruiting solutions.
Configure and maintain business processes, security, notifications, and user roles within Workday Learning and Recruiting.
Support the end-to-end Workday Learning lifecycle including course creation, program setup, certifications, and campaigns.
Manage the integration between Learning and Recruiting for seamless onboarding experiences.
Lead and support Workday releases, regression testing, and new feature adoption.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to design custom learning workflows, campaigns, and reports.
Technical Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer.
Create and optimize custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards in Learning and Recruiting.
Manage data loads and conversions related to learners, courses, and recruiting data.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integrations between Workday and external learning platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) are functional.
Perform system testing, data validation, and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
3 6 years of experience as a Workday techno-functional consultant.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning and Workday Recruiting modules.
Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Security, EIBs, Workday Studio, and Calculated Fields.
Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday certification in Learning and/or Recruiting.
Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics.
Exposure to integration with third-party learning management systems (LMS) or content providers.
Experience supporting global HR/Learning implementations.
