Job Description Experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management. Adept at leading BA teams, facilitating workshops, documenting business/functional requirements, and collaborating with technical and product teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Core Skills
- Requirements elicitation & documentation (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories)
- Process mapping, workflow design, gap analysis
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder communication & prioritization
- SQL for data validation and analysis
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart
Job Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor junior BAs and ensure consistency in documentation quality.
- Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Validate solutions against requirements and support UAT.
- Work closely with architects, QA, and development teams throughout the SDLC.
Certification Required
- CBAP / CCBA (Preferred)
- Agile Product Owner / Scrum Master certification (Bonus)
- Domain-specific certification if requested (Finance/Healthcare/Insurance)
Client/Project-specific compliance needs
