Role: Computer System Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Hybrid (Or) Remote
Job Description:
- Gathering Requirements from Stakeholders and creating Business Requirement Documents.
- Understanding requirements, research and performing analysis of the complex system requirement/capabilities and Design.
- Providing input into the generation of test cases to support the test strategy and support any analysis to resolve defects.
- Creating business analysis artifacts such as process flow diagrams, data modeling tools and query tools.
- Ensure quality deliverables for projects- Requirement gathering, functional specification, functional test cases and user document.
- Conduct external and internal client prospects and client interviews to gather business requirements and convert these to necessary documentation for development teams.
- JIRA management inorder to capture issues and implement solution
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects and develop mitigation plans.
