Job Overview:
The IT Project Coordinator II will be responsible for performing and assisting with configurations related to internal moves, adds, and changes of host resources in the mainframe system. This role includes maintaining tracking of host resources, resolving host resource issues, and addressing incident tickets opened by the Service Desk. Additional duties include reclaiming host addressing, managing printer drivers and profiles, and providing level 3 phone support to various teams. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with configurations related to internal moves, adds, and changes of host resources.
- Maintain tracking of host resources associated with hostnames.
- Resolve host resource issues for workstations and incident tickets opened by the Service Desk.
- Reclaim host addressing using published processes and procedures.
- Manage printer drivers and profiles for the fleet of MFP printers.
- Provide level 3 phone support to Field Services, ESP technicians, Service Desk, and Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Prioritize support for the NOC and perform provisioning of resources via VPN during off-hours as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient experience with ServiceNow, including building reports and dashboards.
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft suite.
- Knowledgeable in basic PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledgeable in Vaison PrintLogic.
- Two years of experience with PC printers and peripheral hardware.
- Reliable and able to work with little to no supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to issue clear communications to limited audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve technical problems.
