RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving product strategy and execution for financial and ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and reporting across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Manager will lead product management for Oracle ERP, EPM, and EPBCS systems
* Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards
* Drive analytical processes for weighted ERP reporting, global mix policy, and data integrity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
* Manage and optimize data flows between systems
* As a Product Manager, you will ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards
* Support payment services and related integrations
* Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with ERP financials and customer experience modules
* Proficiency in payment services and data flow management
* Background in financial accounting and reporting
* Familiarity with retail or restaurant industry operations
* Strong technical skills in Oracle ERP, EPM, EPBCS
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage projects in Jira and Confluence
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
