Description
* Provide project support for Recruiting and Talent modules.
* Assist with daily production support as needed.
* Configure business processes and support testing activities.
* Implement system enhancements and create validation rules.
* Troubleshoot user issues and document workflows.
* Perform quality audits and monitor IT tickets.
* Identify opportunities for streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and manage business processes for recruiting and talent.
* Support testing by developing test plans and creating test cases.
* Implement system enhancements and create calculated fields.
* Troubleshoot production issues and document workflows.
* Perform quality audits and monitor case resolutions.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience with systems administration and troubleshooting.
* Ability to document thoroughly and develop proof of concepts rapidly.
* Strong multitasking skills and clear communication abilities.
* Experience translating customer requirements into technical documentation.
* End-to-end experience implementing functionality and modules.
