The Opportunity: We re seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join a front-end engineering team supporting large-scale, enterprise-grade applications within a high-performing technology organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing modern Angular applications that power critical internal platforms, including trading, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. This position is ideal for a front-end engineer who blends technical depth with creativity someone who thrives in complex environments, embraces modern web technologies, and contributes to best practices across the engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Angular applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and modularity.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on application structure, state management, and integration strategies.
  • Utilize modern Angular ecosystem tools including RxJS, Signals, Apollo GraphQL, Angular CDK, and advanced build systems such as Nx, Vite, and ESBuild.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, accessible interfaces for data-rich, high-volume applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision-making.
  • Stay current with enhancements in Angular, TypeScript, build tooling, and front-end patterns.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive improvements in tooling, CI/CD processes, and front-end development standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience building web applications with Angular (v19+ preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3 (or Tailwind/SCSS).
  • Experience working within large enterprise environments or financial systems.
  • Solid understanding of component-driven architecture, module boundaries, and state management patterns.
  • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL, secure coding practices, and authentication frameworks (OAuth2/OIDC).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Playwright.
  • Ability to work effectively within agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Nx monorepos, Angular Signals, or SSR frameworks (e.g., Angular Universal).
  • Background integrating front-end applications with Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar back-end platforms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitHub Actions, and code quality tools like SonarQube and ESLint.
