Senior CCAR Subject Matter Expert / Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned CCAR expert to lead and provide strategic guidance for our Teradata to Snowflake migration program. This senior-level role will interact with multiple workstreams to ensure regulatory compliance and partner with executive leadership to deliver high-quality CCAR outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide CCAR program strategy, execution, and governance.
• Oversee capital planning, stress testing, data governance, and regulatory reporting workstreams.
• Serve as primary liaison with regulators and internal senior stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, accurate submission of CCAR deliverables with strong internal controls.
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in banking, risk management, or regulatory reporting, with significant CCAR expertise.
• Proven large-scale program management skills in high-stakes regulatory environments.
• Deep knowledge of Federal Reserve CCAR guidance and capital adequacy frameworks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in top-tier financial institutions.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management.
• PMP or similar project management certification.

Additional Notes

In this role, you will:

• Be a project management expert on all aspects of the Snowflake implementation and various project/service types.
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements by assisting in the creation and execution of the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Own, manage, and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients, including the creation, implementation, and tracking of relationship roadmaps.
• Manage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management, and stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and goals through clear documentation, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Proactively provide input into the development of practice policies, procedures, and standards.
• Integrate industry knowledge into practical configuration tactics, techniques, and procedures to ensure teams deliver well-rounded and well-developed software solutions.
• Work with customers, system integrators, and technology vendors on project pursuits, cadence, and progress.
• Provide guidance and vision on resolving customer-specific project challenges, owning escalations and high-profile situations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake s products and positioning.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within both the client and Snowflake.

An Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 20+ years of experience in a services delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects.
• A track record of delivering on professional services revenue targets for a set of accounts, including the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud fields.
• Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate to both business and technical audiences, including senior-level executives at large enterprises.
