Job Title: Certified ServiceNow Developer / Architect /Remote
Locatin : Remote
Job Summary

We are looking for a Certified ServiceNow Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to automate workflows, improve service delivery, and ensure platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform

  • Configure and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom modules

  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes

  • Design workflows using Flow Designer and Workflows

  • Architect scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Manage CMDB, Discovery, and integrations

  • Ensure platform performance, security, and upgrade readiness

  • Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations

  • Support testing, deployment, and production issues

Key Skills:

  • ServiceNow development & architecture

  • JavaScript, Glide APIs

  • ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM

  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer

  • REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB

  • ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification required
