Pay Range:$56.35-$80.50/Hrs
Description:
* Lead the development of comprehensive requirements documentation.
* Identify key gaps and opportunities in project processes.
* Oversee the proposal process for selecting and implementing solutions.
* Ensure project completion within scope, time, and budget.
* Leverage understanding of contact center technologies for seamless coordination.
* Drive collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for project execution.
* Partner with Procurement for proposal development and vendor selection.
* Collaborate with Legal and Procurement for negotiations and compliance.
* Optimize resource allocation and develop detailed project plans.
* Prepare executive-level reports and provide updates to the steering committee.
* Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies.
* Implement risk management techniques to mitigate project risks.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
* 10-15 years of experience in implementing large-scale, complex projects.
* Strong understanding of contact center solutions and integration technologies.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects ensuring seamless integration and execution.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Experience working in a matrix environment with cross-functional collaboration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
