This role is part of the "Run The Bank" team and will focus more on administrative tasks than development. Responsibilities include managing data feeds, imports, software installations, and troubleshooting platform issues.



Expectations of Archer Role:




  1. Experience installing the archer software on servers


  2. 5+ years of Archer Administrative experience, including development


  3. 3+ years of SQL querying experience


  4. 3 years of production support

  2. Active Archer Expert Administrator certificate


  3. ServiceNow experience


  4. SaaS migration experience



Position Summary:



The Certified Archer Administrative Expert will be responsible for managing the full



lifecycle of RSA Archer platform deployments across all environments (Dev, Test, UAT,



Prod). This role requires deep technical expertise in Archer administration, strong



troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across infrastructure, compliance, and application teams. The ideal candidate will also support technology



compliance initiatives and ensure platform stability and performance.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Deployment Management



- Lead and coordinate Archer package deployments across all environments.



- Maintain version control and rollback strategies for deployments.



- Collaborate with development and QA teams to validate deployment readiness.




  • Production Support



- Provide L2/L3 support for Archer platform issues, including workflow failures,



performance bottlenecks, and user access problems.



- Monitor system health and proactively address alerts and anomalies.



- Maintain documentation for incident resolution and platform configurations.




  • Infrastructure & Database Oversight



- Investigate and resolve database performance issues and server-level concerns.



- Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams to optimize Archer's backend



architecture.



- Participate in capacity planning and system tuning efforts.




  • Software Installation & Maintenance



- Perform Archer software installations, upgrades, and patching.



- Validate post-installation configurations and ensure environment consistency.



- Maintain installation logs and compliance artifacts.



Compliance & Governance



- Research and respond to technology compliance requests, including



accessibility, data retention, and audit requirements.



- Ensure Archer platform aligns with internal governance and regulatory standards.



- Support SaaS migration assessments and documentation efforts.



Required Qualifications:



- RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Certified Expert designation.



- 5+ years of experience administering RSA Archer in a large enterprise.



- Strong understanding of GRC processes and risk frameworks.



- Proficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and IIS.



- Experience with deployment automation and version control tools.



- Familiarity with SHRP platform and compliance workflows is a plus.



Preferred Skills:



- Experience with SaaS migration planning and execution.



- Knowledge of internal compliance and audit processes.



- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.



- Strong communication and documentation skills.
