Overview:

We are seeking a System Integration Engineer who will support our NYS client with the design of a complex multi-cloud, multi-org Salesforce solution that will balance standardization with agency-specific customization. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong Salesforce architecture experience and deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem. A successful candidate will have the strategic vision to architect reusable, cross-agency solutions that serve diverse public sector use cases while maintaining security and scalability.

Duties:

  • Define full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.

  • Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies and agency's needs by leveraging the Salesforce platform capabilities (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Tableau).

  • Define system boundaries, guardrails, data models, integration and environment strategy.

  • Extend Public Sector Salesforce solution and data models for specific needs of agencies.

  • Design for multi-agency reuse, i.e., reusable intake and engagement solution patterns (Portals and Omni-Channels).

  • Ensure Agency use cases (e.g. child welfare, licensing, investigation) fit into standardized Salesforce accelerators instead of creating custom silos.

  • Architect data flows and cross agency analytics.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer

  • 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience

  • 3+ years of experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.

  • 2+ years of experience in designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect

  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.

  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
