Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications using the .NET Framework and .NET Core. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, experience working with distributed teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with offshore development teams.
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Occasionally attend meetings during offshore hours to ensure alignment with global teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Azure cloud services.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio and working with Web Services/APIs.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
