Position Title: Business Analyst 3

Location: Redmond, WA, 98052 as Hybrid remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract and Hybrid

Pay Range: $40 - $42/hr.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting

2. Minimum 3 experience with Budget, staffing, and invoice management

3. Minimum 3 years' experience with Rhythm of business cycle management and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Business, Finance, & Product Support:


• Manage rhythm of business reporting for products and studio, such as monthly business reviews.


• Prepare forecasting cycle decks and reporting.


• Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, investment, and performance decisions.


• Analyze product performance data to drive improvements in player experience, engagement, or monetization.


• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, performance, and marketing, to align business strategies with creative vision.


• Perform ad hoc finance and business requests.


• Royalty & Revenue Support:


• Handle inbound and outbound invoicing and tracking.


• Manage revenue invoicing in collaboration with finance.


• Support studio royalty management.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.


• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, finance, or a related field.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.


• Proficient in data analysis tools and software.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
