Looking for over 12+ years of experience.
Role: Workday Financials Lead Consultant
Location: CA or Remote
Two times CA
Must :Workday Financial certificate or workday pro or workday implementation certifications
Mandatory Skills:
Workday Finance Certifications , and Finance Pro Certification, those two certifications should be active and need to give credential of certifications
Need Functional consultant not integration
Candidates should have exp on implementations and supply chain
For 6 weeks the candidate should work for 20 hours and after 6 week 40 hours and it's a remote
And 23rd of June candidate should travel to client location (CA) for 2 days travel expenses will be taken care of by UST.

Job Description:
Our consultants assist clients during and after Workday deployments to ensure success. As a Workday Financials Lead Consultant, you'll leverage your deployment experience, best practices, and collaborative work ethic to contribute positively to the team.
The Opportunity and Responsibilities:
Ability to review, interpret, and refine requests from client teams to translate them into best practice Workday configuration based on their experience, while aligning with customer expectations and requirements.
Lead advisory, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities during and after a Workday Financials deployment project as needed.
For production clients, the consultant will be involved in advisory, enhancement, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers and other functional/technical consultants during implementations and post-go-live processes.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Workday Financial platform and the interoperability of core modules.
Work effectively under time-critical deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Support pre-sales and GTM activities related to Workday Financials offerings from UST.
Be a product lead for UST within the Workday ecosystem
What you need:
Must have an active Workday Financial certification(s). Equivalent pro-certifications are acceptable. As a Workday partner UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications.
4+ years of direct Workday experience across at least 2 Workday financial deployments, supporting one or more core modules.
Experience configuring end-to-end finance process which include, but are not limited to, FDM (Foundational Data Model), Supplier and Customer Accounts, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Revenue Management. Ideally as a product lead in one or more of these areas.
Experience guiding and leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions
A solid understanding of Workday financial integrations and related APIs (this is not a technical role, but consultant will need to have a broad understanding of functional and integration touch points)
Supported end-to-end testing and able to guide clients on testing in the Workday platform
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations
Associate or Bachelor s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience, required
Accounting center experience (nice-to-have)
