In this role, youll leverage your analytical expertise to transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting key business decisions across a fast-paced, matrixed organization. What Youll Do:

• Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL to extract relevant information.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau (or equivalent BI tools) to visualize data trends and performance.
• Perform data cleanup and engineering tasks to ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness for analysis.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for various stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate across teams within a matrixed organization to understand business needs and deliver impactful data solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) to analyze data and present findings.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Demonstrated experience with Tableau or an equivalent Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with data cleanup and basic data engineering principles.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
