Epic Radiant Analyst - Healthcare IT Job
Join our healthcare IT team as a dedicated Epic Radiant Analyst. This permanent role involves the design, implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Radiant module within our electronic health record (EHR) system. Collaborate with radiology staff, clinical end-users, and IT teams to ensure the system supports efficient workflows, enhances patient care, and complies with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Shift: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Epic Radiant Certification required
- 2-3 years of experience as an Epic Analyst, specifically working with the Radiant module
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows and PACS integration
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Epic Radiant system build and maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Local to Atlanta area preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Radiant module to meet the operational and clinical needs of the Radiology department
- Collaborate with end-users to identify workflow improvements and ensure efficient utilization of the system
- Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for Epic Radiant users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, including on-call support as required
- Lead and participate in projects related to Epic Radiant enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Develop and execute test plans, workflows, and scripts for system updates or new implementations
- Serve as a liaison between IT, Radiology, and other clinical/technical departments
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for system users
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, workflows, and changes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and regulations
