Job Title: Product Lead Data & Reporting
Reason for Request: Product lead with strong expertise in data and reporting to support use cases across Pharmacy, Finance, and related domains.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Lead Data & Reporting with hands-on expertise in database management, data architecture, and reporting solutions. This role will lead product initiatives that enable cross-functional teams (Pharmacy, Finance, and other business areas) to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain database management systems, standards, guidelines, and QA processes for data deliverables.
Develop and maintain conceptual and logical database designs, capacity planning, external data interface specifications, and security policies.
Document, communicate, and enforce database design and best practices.
Evaluate, recommend, and install database management systems and tools.
Code complex programs and design logical processes across technical platforms.
Build windows, screens, and reports, assisting with UI and business application prototypes.
Participate in quality assurance and develop test application code in client-server environments.
Assess appropriateness of data for storage and determine optimum storage organization.
Collaborate with the Data Warehouse Manager to enhance process engineering (definition, training, and improvement) across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Product Lead, Data Product Manager, or Database Lead with strong focus on data and reporting.
Strong expertise in database management systems (DBMS) design, installation, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with data architecture, capacity planning, and data security policies.
Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
Experience with QA/testing frameworks for data applications.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams across Pharmacy, Finance, and other business functions.
Strong communication skills to translate data requirements into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Data Warehousing, BI tools, or ETL pipelines.
Background in Pharmacy, Finance, or Healthcare data systems.
Familiarity with modern cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
