About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and creative Group Product Manager / Sales Collateral Manager to drive the creation of compelling sales enablement materials for our Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) business.
This role is ideal for someone who understands institutional finance and payments, can simplify complex financial concepts into engaging sales stories, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
You will partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to craft one-pagers, case studies, decks, and other client-facing materials that support our go-to-market efforts across payments, fintech, and institutional finance audiences.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 6 years of experience creating sales collateral, pitch decks, or RFP responses in financial services or fintech.
- Strong understanding of institutional finance including how prime brokerage, custody, and institutional trading operations work.
- Experience or passion for crypto or blockchain products is a major plus.
- Familiarity with the payments ecosystem and ability to incorporate that understanding into sales materials.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual presentation skills.
- Proficient with Google Slides; Figma experience preferred.
- Self-starter with a scrappy, startup mindset comfortable working independently and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
