Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Appian Developer with 7+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Appian-based applications. The ideal candidate should possess Appian Level 1 & Level 2 certifications and have a strong background in BPM development, integrations, and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Appian applications.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop workflows, business rules, and UI components using Appian SAIL, process models, and integrations.
Implement best practices in Appian development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other API frameworks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Stay updated with the latest Appian features, releases, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Appian development.
Appian Level 1 & Level 2 certifications are mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience in Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Records, Reports, and Web APIs.
Expertise in Appian integrations with REST/SOAP services, databases, and third-party systems.
Solid understanding of BPM principles and workflow automation.
Experience with SQL, RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Appian customization.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Appian Level 3 certification is a plus.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
Prior experience in financial services, Banking or government projects using Appian.
