Description
In this role, you'll lead complex network implementations from design to cutover, collaborate with international customers, and support the growth and consistency of our global operations. You'll play a key role in internal knowledge development-mentoring junior engineers, creating technical documentation, and providing guidance during escalations. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
5+ years of experience configuring Cisco routers and switches in a production WAN
Prior experience building router configurations using templates and BGP routing expertise.
Prior knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, NAT, VPN, etc.), firewalls, and network security principles.
Prior experience mentoring technical teams or delivering technical training
Qualifications WE Prefer
Prior experience diagnosing network and application issues through analysis of packet captures or system logs
Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
CCNA certification required, CCNP highly preferred.
Prior experience implementing WAN connectivity in a large-scale enterprise or service provider environments.
Experience developing structed training content and technical documentation
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
