Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Compensation within the Workday HCM platform. The consultant will partner with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to ensure compensation programs align with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support Workday Compensation implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
Gather and document business requirements for compensation programs.
Configure and maintain:
Compensation Plans (Base, Bonus, Allowances)
Compensation Grades and Grade Profiles
Eligibility rules and compensation rules
Compensation Change business processes
Support annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and promotion processes.
Configure business processes, security roles, and domains related to compensation.
Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Build and maintain Workday compensation reports and dashboards.
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure accurate downstream impacts.
Provide post–go-live support and resolve production issues.
Create functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
Train HR and Compensation teams on Workday Compensation functionality.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Workday Compensation functional experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration.
Strong understanding of compensation structures and processes.
Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, security, and reporting.
