SAP Procurement Data Migration Lead

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Data Migration Lead to manage the end-to-end migration of procurement data from multiple legacy systems to SAP ECC. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Procurement processes, data migration methodologies, and SAP tools such as LSMW. The ideal candidate will lead a team of data business analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Design and execute data mapping processes to ensure accurate and consistent data transfer. Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring timely and successful execution. Supervise and mentor a team of data business analysts, providing leadership and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration efforts with business requirements. Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes and procedures. Conduct thorough testing and validation of data migration activities. Provide post-migration support and resolve any issues that arise. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in data migration. Proficiency in SAP ECC, LSMW, data mapping, ETL tools, and data migration methodologies. Proven experience in leading and managing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple legacy systems and complex data migration projects. Cross-functional collaboration experience across diverse teams. SAP certification is a plus. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: SAP Certification
