About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP FIORI Consultant with over 10 years of professional expertise to support our client, on SAP upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FIORI and be capable of resolving complex, high-priority issues in the FIORI module. This is a remote role with challenging technical work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FIORI activities for SAP upgrade projects, ensuring smooth migration and post-upgrade stabilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FIORI issues, performance problems, and integration challenges.
- Design, configure, and customize FIORI applications (transactional, analytical, and fact sheets) according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Basis, ABAP, Security, Functional) for end-to-end issue resolution.
- Optimize FIORI Launchpad configurations, catalogs, groups, and roles for improved performance and usability.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentoring to junior consultants.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of total SAP experience, with extensive expertise in SAP FIORI (customization, configuration, and troubleshooting).
- Proven track record of working on SAP upgrade projects (ECC to S/4HANA or S/4HANA upgrades).
- Strong understanding of FIORI architecture, OData services, SAP UI5 development, and SAP Gateway.
- Excellent skills in debugging and performance tuning of FIORI applications.
- Experience in integrating FIORI with other SAP modules and backend systems.
- Ability to solve complex, high-impact production issues independently.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with global stakeholders during night shifts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP Security for FIORI role configuration.
- Knowledge of FIORI Cloud Edition and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments.
