- Client: global provider of clinical research services
- Role: Collibra Architect
- Location: 100% remote, working EST hours
- Duration: 12 month contract, open to extensions
Job Description:
Summary and Job Responsibilities:
The main function of an IT Architect is to design and develop solutions to address priority business requirements and identify opportunities to improve user experience and efficiency. Work with business, IT, and Data Governance team members to enable capabilities in support of data governance initiatives, including documenting processes and developing workflows to automate those processes within the client's data catalog.
Qualifications:
- Certified Collibra Ranger with experience in building workflows of varying complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
- Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients
- Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for small software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations
- Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
- Requires practical experience and training
