RESPONSIBILITIES
- webMethods
- Good understanding of IS, Broker, UM, MWS, BPMS, Oracle DB, Unix, SSL certificates
- Analyze flow services & BPM models for troubleshooting issues
- Handle deployment activities, including package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfixes
- ControlM
- Take action for failures as needed(kill, force-complete,hold etc..)
- Configure SAP & Unix jobs
- Calender updates, Workload policy creations, getting new agents installed & upgrading ControlM agents.
- Work on Pagerduty Configurations
- API Gateway
- Good understanding of AWS components like EC2, Fargate, Elastic search etc..
- Good understanding of Terraform scripts, REST& SOAP web services
- Work on API Gateway & API Portal and webMethods flow services.
- MFT
- Configure new participants, adapters & relationships in the application.
- Good understanding of SSL, PGP, SSH, X509 certificates.
- Work with Unix scripts & Oracle DB.
- Work with bTrade vendor for tool related issues

- Admin activities like server restarts
- Analyze issues, work with application teams and businesses

- Co-ordinate between onsite & offshore for better hand-over
- Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments, basic shell scripting, and SQL.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues within defined SLAs, & provide RCA.
- Support disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) setups and participate in DR drills
