Role: Security Product Implementation & Integration Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Security Implementation Engineer to deploy, integrate, and support Nokia NetGuard security products in complex telecom and enterprise environments. The role requires strong Linux, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals with hands-on experience in IAM, SIEM, and containerized platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and integrate Nokia NetGuard products, including:
    • NIAM (NetGuard Identity Access Manager)
    • NEDR (NetGuard Endpoint Detection & Response)
  • Perform L1/L2 product support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Configure and manage security tools such as IAM, SIEM, SOAR, IDS, IPS.
  • Integrate third-party security solutions like Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Wazuh, etc.
  • Deploy and manage applications on container platforms (OpenShift, OCP, NCP, NCS).
  • Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, and telemetry systems.
  • Work with on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OpenShift).
  • Perform system hardening, monitoring, and security validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery and integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in security products and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS, networking fundamentals, and system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • IAM, SIEM, SOAR
    • IDS/IPS technologies
    • Container platforms & Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud and on-prem security deployments.
  • Product-specific L1/L2 support knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
