About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst / Business Data Analyst to lead strategic initiatives in process enhancement, data-driven decision making, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of business acumen, technical agility, and operational insight to drive high-impact change across dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Conduct end-to-end business analysis—requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, workflow documentation, and gap analysis.
• Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and collaborate closely with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Lead workshops and JAD sessions to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements.
• Create visual process documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE) and develop data flow diagrams and KPIs.
• Leverage low-code/no-code tools to prototype workflow automations or dashboards.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, product, and technical teams to align business goals with technical execution.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis using Excel, Alteryx, and AI tools to uncover patterns, measure performance, and deliver insights.
• Support testing efforts by writing test scripts and validating results to ensure solution accuracy and business alignment.
• Deliver user training, support UAT, and provide post-implementation support.

Qualification:

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or data-driven consulting.
• Proven ability to transform business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Strong documentation skills and an eye for process design and efficiency.
• Comfort working across business and technical teams to drive aligned outcomes.
• A mindset for continuous improvement and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
