RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SEO Marketing Manager in San Francisco, CA.
Summary:
A SEO Marketing Manager is sought to support global content marketing. This individual will play a key role in growing the SEO program, leading the strategy in their respective area in close partnership with the Global SEO Lead. The scope includes leading the international content roadmap for article and video content, promotion and distribution, building repeatable processes, optimizing existing content, and performance reporting.
To provide tailored SEO strategy for each geo, this individual will lead the coordination of global and local content strategy in partnership with German, French, Japanese, Italian, and Spanish resources. They will lead the development of systems to operate efficiently across regions. While this individual must be well-versed in all aspects of SEO, their role will have a small emphasis on technical SEO and link building. The individual will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional partners, including Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Data Science.
The scope of work supported will fall into the following key areas:
* Content creation (articles and videos)
* Content optimization
* Content promotion and distribution
* Performance reporting
Duties:
* Oversee and optimize content production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in content operations
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6 years of experience creating and executing SEO strategy, with at least 1 year of in-house enterprise SEO experience
* Proficient in Content Management System (CMS) infrastructure as it pertains to content marketing, with 3 years of direct experience
* Ability to create a compelling content marketing roadmap meeting program growth targets and GTM business objectives
* Strong understanding of the role and value of content for business metrics and users; Ability to demonstrate the ROI of content, including influenced attribution; Media mix modeling and incrementality testing experience is highly preferred
* Content marketing experience beyond text-based and video content, including interactive content, visual assets, audio content, webinars, and user-generated content (UGC)
* Well-versed in SEO content production best practices, roadmap creation, topic selection, brand messaging, and voice/tone guidelines
* High attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks while maintaining consistent quality in work output
* Strong international SEO skills, including ability to develop coordinated global and local content and tags
* Proficient in content promotion and distribution
* Intermediate technical SEO skills with the ability to identify opportunities and interface directly with software engineers
* Intermediate experience with HTML, CSS, and other web programming acumens
* Strong experience using a variety of SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, YouTube Studio, vidIQ, etc.
* Experience with B2B SEO strategy is highly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
