Title: IT Cardiology Manager

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$112000-$160000/Yrs

Description
Manage daily activities of IT department staff to ensure quality and productivity.
Provide guidance on staffing, budget compliance, and policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Implement training and monitoring initiatives for operational excellence.
Collaborate with key stakeholders for effective planning and scheduling.
Drive service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a safe and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform management responsibilities including selection, supervision, and evaluation of staff.
Facilitate teamwork and process improvements within and between departments.
Plan and organize departmental operations and activities.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and optimize information systems.
Develop department budget and manage expenses effectively.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Eight years of experience in information technology or related operations.
Three years of experience in information technology.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Experience in system development or configuration.
Experience leading teams.
Healthcare IT experience preferred.
