Job Details

Urgent openings for Business Development & Sales :
  • Drive new customer acquisition across the US automotive aftermarket
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with:
    • National & regional retail chains
    • Large distributors & buying groups
    • Fleet, installer networks, and key commercial account
Key Account Management :
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Expand wallet share within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
  • Negotiate long-term supply agreements, private label programs, and strategic partnership
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and channel dynamics
  • Provide actionable feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Support go-to-market strategy and launch of new braking products
Experience
  • 15+ years of sales and business development experience in the automotive aftermarket (US)
  • Strong exposure to braking systems (pads, rotors, hydraulics, friction products, or related components)
  • Proven history of new customer acquisition and deal closures with measurable results
  • Demonstrated success working with large retail chains, distributors, or buying groups
  • Experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements
Technical & Commercial Skills
  • Engineering background preferred (Mechanical / Automotive or related)
  • Strong techno-commercial acumen comfortable discussing both product performance and pricing/margins
  • Deep understanding of aftermarket channel economics, rebates, programs, and terms
Network & Relationships
  • Well-established industry contacts across the US aftermarket ecosystem
  • Ability to leverage relationships to accelerate business growth
Preferred Profile
  • Former or current senior sales professional from:
    • Braking system manufacturers
    • Tier-1 / Tier-2 aftermarket suppliers
    • Major aftermarket brands or distributors
  • Experience with private label programs is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based, entrepreneurial role
