Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP - Supply Chain Functional/Technical Specialist (Hybrid – NYC)
Job Summary
We are seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Specialist to support a major healthcare organization in New York City. This position offers long-term stability, excellent benefits, and the option for either a contract-to-hire or permanent role.
Location: Near Madison Square Garden, New York City
Hybrid: 3 days WFH / 2 days onsite

Key Responsibilities
This role is 70% functional and 30% Technical
- Serve as an Oracle Supply Chain SME and help define roadmaps for enterprise-level, end-to-end business solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the IT organization while providing guidance and functional leadership.
- Focus areas include Sourcing, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, and P2P processes.
- Understand Procure-to-Pay workflows and integrations across the value chain to support standardization.
- Work closely with solution architects to maintain IT architectural guidelines and compliance standards.
- Develop and deliver analytics, dashboards, and reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Act as an escalation point for complex functional and technical issues.
- Provide expertise across business functions, including data flows, processes, and supporting technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Promote architecture best practices and guiding principles across the broader IT organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years in software development, solution delivery, and technology roadmap design.
- 5+ years in Oracle Cloud P2P modules with strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Cost Accounting, Data Integrations, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration, SaaS, PaaS, bolt-on integrations, and BI/analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain functional capabilities and industry trends.
- Experience with Jump, RF Smart, or Oracle Mobile Inventory is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML concepts, anomaly detection, and large-scale data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work closely with Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Ability to lead design reviews and define end-to-end functional and technical requirements.
- Strong influence and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.
