  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and scalable implementations that align with enterprise standards.
  • Design and manage end-to-end integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
  • Oversee and implement complex release management processes, including CI/CD pipelines, sandboxes, and multi-environment deployments.
  • Provide technical leadership and code reviews for Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintainable code standards.
  • Optimize platform performance and data integrity through robust data modeling, security design, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and Infrastructure) to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
  • Support governance efforts by contributing to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and reusable frameworks.

Required Skills :
  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and integrations.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service in complex multi-cloud environments.
  • Experience with Automotive Cloud or industry-specific data models is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments, with structured DevOps, version control (Git), and CI/CD (Gearset).
  • Ability to design modular, scalable, and secure Salesforce architectures aligned with best practices and platform limits.
  • Excellent understanding of data modeling, API architecture, and deployment methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills - able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Preferred Certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application or System Architect, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant

BonSoft Skills :
  • Has led or contributed significantly to large-scale Salesforce transformations in complex industries.
  • Naturally collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented - comfortable owning technical delivery end-to-end.
  • Enjoys tackling complex problems, mentoring developers, and pushing platform capabilities to drive business value.
  • Experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Automotive Cloud, or Agentforce is a plus
