Job Description Summary
This role reports direct to the Sr Manufacturing Staff Manager and is responsible for supporting business growth initiatives, including development and maintenance of the systems and tools that integrate workers, machines, material and information flow, and Integration to ERP systems. The role will lead safety improvements, Lean, VCP projects and overall manufacturing improvements.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of Planning and Production Routings
- Own the maintenance of critical information use to manage day to day production and manufacturing processes (ERP)
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), Transfer of Work (TOW), and ERP Implementation projects.
- Develop and implement Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) projects and be accountable for successful completion.
- Utilize Six Sigma/Lean tools and techniques to drive innovations and improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience)
Desired Characteristics:
- Previous experience with Manufacturing Cost studies
- ERP Experience (SAP)
- Green Belt Certified
- Bi-lingual
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to build relationships within the company at all levels and with customers and suppliers
