This is a unique opportunity to stand up and influence a major initiative within the Client Expert Network. In this new role, you will dive deep into feedback from our front-line experts and partners to uncover key insights that will directly shape our retention strategies. If you are driven by the "why" behind the data and want to make a tangible impact on our employee and partner experience, this is the role for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze Feedback: Leverage existing feedback surveys and data sources to identify trends, pain points, and key drivers related to employee and partner retention.
- Generate Insights: Go beyond the data to develop actionable insights. As needed, you will stand up new surveys or facilitate focus groups to explore your findings further.
- Communicate Findings: Create and deliver compelling bi-weekly reports and executive-level presentations using Google Slides and Docs to share your insights with stakeholders across Customer Success (ICS).
- Develop Mechanisms: Design and implement a robust, scalable mechanism to cascade findings throughout the organization, ensuring insights lead to action.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with the Head of Expert Feedback Programs and various teams to ensure your recommendations are understood and can be implemented effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a role focused on analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, specifically from employee or customer feedback.
- Analytical Skills: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect disparate data points to form a cohesive narrative and actionable recommendations.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) is a must. Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis is a strong plus.
- Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: A highly motivated and independent worker who can thrive in a fully remote environment and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Availability: Ability to work on a Pacific Time (PT) schedule.
