Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 7 years of expertise leading large-scale technology implementations, particularly in public sector environments. This role requires a strong background in grants management processes and a proven ability to work across complex organizational structures to deliver enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis for enterprise-scale technology initiatives, ensuring alignment across systems and stakeholders.
- Apply deep knowledge of public sector grant processes, including application, review, award, monitoring, and reporting.
- Implement standardized enterprise solutions across disparate systems and organizations.
- Work closely with COTS/SaaS platforms, evaluating out-of-the-box features and customization opportunities.
- Coordinate across multiple government agencies and stakeholder groups to drive collaborative outcomes.
- Assess vendor-driven solutions for alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in government or nonprofit environments.
- IIBA CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, public administration, information systems, or a related field.
