About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Business Analyst (FSCM) with deep hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable & Billing. The role requires strong functional analysis skills, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and collaboration with large remote teams. This is a critical, long-term role supporting enterprise financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering with SMEs and document detailed functional specs.
Perform fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR & Billing modules.
Map data between legacy systems, third-party systems, and PeopleSoft.
Conduct end-to-end system integration testing including third-party interfaces.
Prepare system documentation, design workflows, and support UAT cycles.
Facilitate meetings, communicate requirements, and coordinate with remote teams.
Support additional duties based on project phases; off-hours may be required.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have)
8+ years PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Business Analyst experience.
8+ years implementing AR & Billing modules (functional BA).
8+ years requirements gathering + fit/gap analysis experience.
8+ years hands-on system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
4+ years experience with MS Office O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
2+ years experience with MS Teams in a large team environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years experience in Public Sector (Federal/State/Local).
2+ years as a BA in General Ledger.
2+ years working with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials.
2+ years working with PeopleSoft AWE.
2+ years with SharePoint.
1+ year using Jira.
1+ year experience with Scrum framework.
Important Notes
Remote for now may convert to hybrid (onsite days negotiated later).
Candidates must currently live in Texas.
Do NOT submit out-of-state candidates planning to relocate.
