RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Professional Services Engineer.

Summary:
The team is completely revenue-generated, requiring a highly experienced individual who can hit the ground running. This role involves no technical training, only onboarding to learn about the company and team. The ideal candidate is a -unicorn- with extensive MSP experience and deep expertise in specific areas. Half the team works on generalist tasks, but there is a need for specialists in Azure, Intune, and security. The Professional Services Engineer should be able to integrate smoothly into a remote work environment and contribute to maintaining team balance.
This role is customer-facing, requiring excellent communication skills to understand and meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Azure migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant migrations
* Manage Intune and Office 365 (O365) migrations
* Work on various project-based tasks for enterprise clients
* Provide expertise in networking, with a focus on Azure, Intune, and security
* Handle customer-facing roles, understanding and scoping customer needs accurately
* Integrate with the team within the first three months, shadowing internal and external calls to understand operations
* Aim to take on a managerial role within 12 months

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) world
* Strong background in networking, with deep expertise in at least one or two areas such as Azure, Intune, or security
* Experience with enterprise clients and professional services
* Ability to start contributing immediately with minimal technical training
* Excellent project management skills, capable of handling generalist tasks and specialized projects
* Humble and team-oriented, with no ego, fitting well into a high-performing team
* Strong cultural fit for a remote work environment, able to build connections and maintain team balance
* Ability to scope projects properly and understand customer needs

Preferred Skills:
* Depth in Azure, Intune, and security
* Experience with ClearPass and advanced firewall configurations
* Familiarity with tenant-to-tenant migrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
