Principal Developer - SAP HCM/Payroll
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SAP HR ABAP Developer with 10+ years of experience in HR/Payroll modules to lead the design, development, and optimization of custom SAP HCM solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows), collaborating with functional HR teams, supporting integrations with SuccessFactors and Payroll systems, and providing mentorship to junior developers. Experience with S4 HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, and at least one end-to-end project implementation is a plus.
