Scrum Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Lead in Beaverton, OR.

Summary:
We are seeking a Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery of a world-class mobile experience and capable backend platform powering a groundbreaking next-generation hardware product. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams building native mobile and watch apps, a microservices-based backend, scalable data infrastructure, and customer support tools. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with deep experience in agile frameworks, connected product ecosystems, and cross functional team orchestration. You bring clarity to complexity and momentum to innovation.

What You Will Work On:
* Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams and time zones, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos

Coordinate delivery of:
* Native iOS and Android apps with BLE integration, near real-time data display, and firmware OTA capabilities
* WatchOS and WearOS apps with standalone functionality
* Microservices-based backend on AWS with RESTful APIs, authentication, OTA services, and analytics
* Scalable, secure data storage and ETL pipelines for ML-ready datasets
* Admin dashboards and customer support tools integrated with platforms like Zendesk
* Ensure alignment with the program's key milestones
* Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks across mobile, backend, data, and DevOps teams
* Maintain JIRA boards, Confluence documentation, and shared roadmaps
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and delivery excellence

Who You Will Work With:
* You will collaborate with the Company's Advanced Product Ventures team, firmware and hardware engineers, UX designers, and external development partners; You will be the connective tissue across disciplines, ensuring the digital experience is delivered with precision, speed, and athlete focus

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments
* Experience leading agile teams in mobile, IoT, or connected device ecosystems
* Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS-based microservices
* Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
