SailPoint Architect (IdentityIQ)
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Client: Wipro / NiSource
$70/hr on C2C
Job Responsibilities
Provide operational support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems based on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Enable IAM policies, standards, and governance; perform code reviews and develop connectors/integrations as needed.
Build, operate, and maintain a sound security architecture framework, partnering with Security, HR, and Legal teams.
Analyze and triage incidents, focusing on service restoration and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME), offering best practices, technical guidance, and leadership on enterprise IAM.
Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and technical solutions.
Perform installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IAM implementations in hybrid cloud environments.
Ensure project delivery protocols, timely escalation of risks/issues, and adherence to enterprise standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience developing SailPoint IIQ artifacts Applications, Customizations, Email Templates, Workflows, Forms, and Rules.
Hands-on experience with production IIQ, Active Directory, and ADFS workloads.
Strong background in problem management, root cause analysis, and impact reduction.
Proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented languages.
Working knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Ariba, FieldGlass, Workday, ServiceNow).
Experience with web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services) and middleware components (databases, app servers).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SOX and PCI compliance requirements.
Experience integrating ServiceNow and IdentityIQ Catalogs.
