Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in analyzing business needs, identifying process improvements, and driving data-informed decisions to support strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across business and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.

  • Support project management by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice development.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

  • Proven experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution assessment.

  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar).

  • Experience working in [industry-specific context, e.g., fintech, healthcare, e-commerce].

  • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and system architecture basics.
