Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in analyzing business needs, identifying process improvements, and driving data-informed decisions to support strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.

Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend innovative solutions.

Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment.

Support project management by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.

Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice development.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Proven experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution assessment.

Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar).

Experience working in [industry-specific context, e.g., fintech, healthcare, e-commerce].

Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and system architecture basics.
