We are seeking a passionate and talented Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make a significant impact in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, by leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. This is a permanent role that offers a challenging and rewarding environment where your creativity and leadership skills will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of software developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software.
2. Oversee the design and development of software applications in the Manufacturing and Construction industry.
3. Implement software development methodologies, best practices, and standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
5. Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including CI/CD and DevOps practices.
6. Develop and maintain SQL databases and Oracle systems.
7. Utilize ETL tools to manage data between systems.
8. Develop front-end and back-end components using Blazor and MudBlazor.
9. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
10. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure software and system consistency.
11. Conduct regular code and peer reviews to ensure code quality.
12. Participate in all phases of the risk management framework, including but not limited to risk identification, mitigation, and documentation.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Blazor, MudBlazor, Construction, and Manufacturing.
3. Proficiency in C#, SQL, Oracle, and ETL tools.
4. Extensive experience with back-end and front-end development.
5. Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams.
6. Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
8. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong understanding of the Manufacturing industry and its unique software requirements.
11. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
12. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
