Senior ALM Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a Senior ALM Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our R&D Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools-Helix and Polarion. The Senior ALM Administrator will play a key role in data migration, configuration, system integration, and user support to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality product development.

Responsibilities:
* Administer and configure ALM systems (Helix, Polarion)
* Lead data migration and system integration efforts
* Support users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting
* Manage user roles, licenses, and permissions
* Monitor performance and generate actionable reports

REQUIREMENTS:
* B.S. in Engineering or related field
* 2+ years with ALM tools in R&D environments
* Experience with Design Controls and cross-functional team collaboration
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:
* Experience in regulated medical device industry (FDA/ISO standards)
* Expertise in Polarion and custom dashboard/reporting development

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
