Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Consultant with specific expertise in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Materials Management (MM) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working in federal government environments, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of public sector processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze processes, and deliver robust SAP solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a subject matter specialist (SMP) in the SRM and MM modules, providing guidance and support to federal government clients.
2. Conduct detailed requirements analysis, process design, and solution implementation to meet client needs.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
4. Configure and customize SAP SRM and MM modules to support client-specific requirements and enhance system functionality.
5. Lead and participate in workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to empower end-users with the knowledge to optimally utilize SAP solutions.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
7. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures within the SAP landscape.
8. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
9. Stay current with SAP advancements and federal government regulations to provide innovative solutions and best practices.
10. Prepare and present status reports, project updates, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, with a focus on SRM and MM modules.
3. Proven experience working in federal government environments, understanding public sector processes and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong proficiency in configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP SRM and MM modules.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Relevant Certifications:

1. SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement with SAP ERP (SAP MM) (preferred)
2. SAP Certified Application Associate - Supplier Relationship Management with SAP ERP (SAP SRM) (preferred)
3. SAP Certified Development Professional - SAP SRM (preferred)
4. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred)
5. Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) (preferred)

Work Environment:

1. Remote work. Must be willing to work Eastern Time Hours.
2. The role may require occasional travel to client sites.
3. Availability for occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
