Job Description

What you'll do:

Collaborate with customers to build the next generation of the Inventory Management solutions, including mobile applications.

Proactively define and drive the creation of new features that customers love.

Build user stories and detailed product requirements documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality.

Develop and maintain designs for UI components, including mockups, features and behaviors, and configuration options.

Collaborate with Scrum team members to deliver great products and tools for the customers. Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and our competition.

Assist Strategy in refining the product backlog, prioritizing product improvements, and customer and partner requests by making significant tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgment.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.

What you'll bring:

Self-motivated teammate who captures complex customer requirements and translates them into a detailed plan for execution.

Working with UI designers, researchers, and others to build new UIs and workflows.

Working across time zones and with teams in other parts of the world.

Knowledge of the following functional areas: Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement. Knowledge of Planning and Manufacturing a plus.

6-8 years of product management experience required with experience in building and shipping applications as a product manager for multiple product releases.

Familiarity with Agile processes and Jira a plus.

Business Administration or BS Engineering required. MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and rationalize product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and complete unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
